Black River Healthcare works hard to keep fees affordable for the care we provide our patients. We work with most insurance programs including Medicaid, Managed Care Medicaid, HMO Medicaid, Medicare, and Medicare Managed Care. We are approved providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield/Preferred Blue, United Healthcare, Planned Administrators, State Health Plan, HMO Blue, Cigna, Medcost, Carolina Care, Guardian, Companion and Tricare.

If you do not have health insurance and your income is limited, you may qualify for our Sliding Fee Scale Program. We also offer no-interest payment plans if you are not able to pay us during your visit. Please contact us to learn more.
